Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Manager to lead our team in SEC reporting and US GAAP accounting.
- Lead preparation and filing of financial reports (10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, etc.)
- Manage end-to-end accounting and reporting processes.
- Research and implement complex accounting standards.
- Review financial statements and disclosures for accuracy and compliance.
The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of experience in SEC reporting and US GAAP accounting, with strong knowledge of technical accounting guidance (ASC) and hands-on experience with 10-K and 10-Q preparation and filing. Experience managing client-facing accounting/reporting projects and preferred working experience in Workiva is also desirable.
Key Skills:- Strong knowledge of US GAAP technical accounting guidance (ASC)

Requirements:
- CPA or CA preferred
