Job Summary 

We are looking for a seasoned Group Reporting Specialist with 5 to 6 Yrs of experience.

The Group Reporting Specialist will be responsible for the consolidation and reporting of financial data across multiple business units or entities within the organization. This role ensures accurate and timely reporting to internal and external stakeholders, in compliance with IFRS/local GAAP and company policies, using tools like SAP S/4HANA Group Reporting, BPC, or other consolidation systems.

Key Responsibilities- Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual group financial consolidation and reporting.
- Manage intercompany eliminations, minority interests, and currency translations.
- Prepare group-level P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow statements.
- Coordinate with subsidiaries to ensure timely and accurate submission of financial data.
- Perform variance analysis and deliver insights to senior finance stakeholders.
- Assist in preparation of audit schedules and work closely with internal/external auditors.
- Maintain and enhance group reporting structures, hierarchies, and master data in the consolidation system.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards (IFRS/GAAP) and internal controls.
- Support digital transformation initiatives, including automation and optimization of reporting processes.
- Train and support local finance teams on group reporting tools and processes.
