Executive Director Tax Advisory

Job Overview:

We are seeking a visionary and experienced tax professional to lead the development and growth of our corporate and international tax practice. As an Executive Director – Tax Advisory, you will be responsible for providing strategic guidance on complex tax matters, managing client relationships, and driving business expansion.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert advice on tax structuring, compliance, litigation, and planning to clients across various industries
  • Manage a portfolio of large corporate and multinational clients, fostering strong relationships and identifying new business opportunities
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive practice growth, leveraging your expertise in tax advisory services
  • Collaborate with partners and teams to expand our firm's capabilities and deliver exceptional client value
  • Take ownership of the practice, demonstrating entrepreneurial leadership and vision

Requirements:

  • Chartered Accountant (CA)/Lawyer with a strong track record of success in corporate and international tax
  • Minimum 7-10 years of experience in tax advisory, preferably with a Big Four firm or a leading consulting/tax firm
  • Profound understanding of domestic and international tax laws, transfer pricing, and cross-border transactions
  • Excellent advisory, litigation, and compliance skills, with a proven ability to communicate complex ideas effectively
  • Strong leadership, mentoring, and team-building abilities, with a focus on developing high-performing teams
