Financial Operations Assistant

This role requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to handle various financial tasks. The primary responsibility will be to ensure timely and accurate financial operations.

  • Assist in compliance, statutory filings, and company incorporations.
  • Prepare and manage documentation for registrations, approvals, and legal compliance.
  • Track application status and coordinate with government authorities for processing.
  • Guide on statutory obligations and documentation related to company setup.
  • Support filing of returns with the Registrar of Companies (ROC).
  • Assist in preparation and filing of GST, TDS, and Income Tax returns.
  • Ensure adherence to accounting standards and compliance frameworks.

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • Graduate or Post-Graduate from a commerce background.
  • Knowledge of GST filing, TDS, and the Companies Act, 2013.
  • Working knowledge or exposure to compliance requirements such as ROC filings and documentation.
  • Familiarity with accounting practices and compliance procedures is preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage accurate documentation.
