Job Title: Event Facilitator

This position involves leading the flow of events with enthusiasm, maintaining audience engagement, and ensuring the smooth execution of activities.

The event facilitator will represent the university's brand and ensure that events are professional, informative, and entertaining.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Event Hosting and Presenting:
    • Serve as the official host for university events, conferences, workshops, seminars, cultural functions, sports events, and other programs.
    • Deliver live commentary and engage with the audience to create a lively and vibrant atmosphere.
    • Introduce speakers, dignitaries, and guests, ensuring a smooth transition between different segments of the event.
  • Audience Engagement:
    • Engage with the audience through interactive elements, ice-breakers, and informative segments.
    • Maintain an energetic, friendly, and professional demeanor to ensure the audience is continuously engaged.
  • Content Preparation:
    • Work closely with the event team to understand the theme, objectives, and content of the event.
    • Prepare scripts, speeches, and presentations in alignment with the event's tone and message.
  • Coordination with Organizers and Teams:
    • Collaborate with event coordinators, technical teams, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth event execution.
  • Brand Representation:
    • Represent the university in a positive, professional, and articulate manner during public interactions.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Excellent public speaking, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Confident, dynamic, and energetic personality.
