Senior Adobe AEM Architect

We are seeking an exceptional Senior Adobe AEM Architect to join our team. As a key member of our technology leadership group, you will play a critical role in driving the strategic direction of our digital experiences.

  • Mandatory Skills (Must-Have):
  • Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) – Core Expertise
  • AEM as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS)
  • WorkFusion (RPA/Automation experience)
Role Overview:

This is a senior-level position that requires a deep understanding of Adobe AEM and its ecosystem. You will be responsible for leading the design, development, and deployment of web content solutions using Adobe AEM.

  • Evaluate business requirements into effective AEM solutions.
  • Evaluate infrastructure, assess capacity, and plan for scalability.
  • Provide solution architecture for AEM implementations and third-party integrations.
  • Address non-functional requirements such as availability, performance, reliability.
  • Collaborate with clients, analysts, developers, system administrators.
  • Lead technical discussions, client demos, create POCs.
  • Mentor teams while contributing hands-on to design and development.
  • Drive excellence in deployment, release management, operations.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • 12+ years in Java/J2EE solution design and deployment.
  • 5+ years of core experience in Adobe AEM or similar WCM/ECM product suite.
  • Expertise in multi-site/multi-channel delivery, personalization, content aggregation, multilingual support, automated workflows, social media integration.
  • Strong knowledge of CMS Design, CRX, CQ WCM, DAM, Social Collaboration.
  • Hands-on experience with XML, XHTML, JavaScript, JQuery, HTML5, JSP, RESTful services.
  • Deep understanding of Java, Servlets, JSP, JSTL, Spring, Hibernate.
  • Practical experience with Apache Sling, JCR (JSR-170/283), JSR-168/286, OSGi (Apache Felix).

  • Proficiency in Day CQ foundational concepts.
  • Strong client-facing communication, presentation, interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in configuration planning, testing, change management.
  • Familiarity with design patterns Agile methodologies.
  • Ability to act as Scrum Master in Agile environments.
