As a Senior Director, Product Design, you will lead our design team and set the vision for user experience across our products.

This is a unique opportunity to drive design strategy, develop intuitive and powerful solutions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure designs meet user needs.

  • Design Strategy: Define and drive the holistic design vision for our products, ensuring a consistent, high-quality user experience across internal and external applications.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and grow a team of product designers, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with product management, engineering, and data science to align on product strategy, goals, and roadmaps.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, HCI, or a related field, or equivalent.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 12+ years of experience in product design within a technology or product-centric company.
  • Proven experience leading a team of designers who design and ship AI-powered products or features.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional design skills, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of user-centered design principles.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications

  • Previous experience working on AI-powered products and/or curiosity about the rapidly evolving landscape and its impact on design and user experience.
