Product Design Opportunity

A dedicated product designer is needed to lead the design lifecycle, from research and discovery to wireframes, prototypes, final UI, and testing.

This role requires a strong focus on user experience, with 3-5 years of experience in core UI/UX and product design, delivering high-impact digital experiences.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Own the end-to-end product design process, encompassing research, discovery, wireframing, prototyping, final UI, and testing.
  • Conduct thorough user research, usability studies, and competitor analysis to inform design decisions.
  • Translate business objectives and product strategies into intuitive user flows and scalable design systems.
  • Create detailed wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to validate design ideas.
  • Perform UI/UX audits and testing to optimize customer journeys and improve conversions.
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are executed with high fidelity and performance.
  • Work closely with business and strategy teams to align product features with market trends and user needs.
  • Maintain design systems for consistency across multiple products and platforms.
  • Stay updated on emerging design patterns, product design tools, and UX best practices.
Requirements:
  • Core UI/UX expertise: prototyping, wireframing, user research, visual design.
  • Product design skills: understanding of the end-to-end product lifecycle, ability to translate business requirements into design and product features, experience with design thinking & user-centered design methodologies.
  • Technical awareness: HTML, CSS, backend logic familiarity, SEO fundamentals.
  • Analytical tools: Google Analytics, Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity (for behavior insights).
  • Communication: strong presentation and storytelling skills to influence stakeholders.
  • Mindset: problem-solving, detail-oriented, adaptable, and collaborative.
