We are seeking a detail-oriented Associate Product Designer to join our team.

Job Overview:

As a key member of our design team, you will work closely with product managers, engineers, and senior designers to create user-centric designs that align with business goals. Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in designing intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user needs and business objectives.
  • Support the creation of wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
  • Participate in user research and usability testing activities.
  • Iterate on design solutions based on feedback and data.
  • Maintain design consistency and contribute to the design system.
  • Stay updated with design trends, tools, and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • 1–2 years of experience in product or UX/UI design.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
  • Basic understanding of user-centered design principles.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Portfolio showcasing design projects and process.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with basic front-end development (HTML/CSS).
  • Familiarity with accessibility standards and inclusive design.
  • Exposure to agile/scrum development environments.
