Qualifications and Skills:

Experience:

  • 4+ years of UX/UI design experience delivering high-quality, user-friendly designs.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in creating intuitive interfaces.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
  • Expertise in prototyping tools like InVision or Principle.
  • Deep understanding of responsive design principles.

Soft Skills:

  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a user-first mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills to work effectively with teams.
  • Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities.

Bonus Skills:

  • Experience with motion design and micro-interactions.
  • Basic understanding of front-end development to bridge the gap between design and development.
