">Key responsibilities for this role include ensuring the smooth running of accommodation facilities and maintaining quality control standards. To achieve this, strategies are designed to build a well-organized material management system that streamlines inventory stock levels and order supplies efficiently.
">The ideal candidate will have significant experience working in a general administrative role, monitoring and prioritizing workloads within available resources while coordinating tasks in a fast-changing environment. It is essential to prioritize a substantial workload and work accurately to meet deadlines in a pressurized environment.
">Excellent customer service skills are required, with the ability to resolve customer complaints promptly. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing staff duties, training them as per business requirements, and liaising with other internal departments and external agencies to ensure effective collaboration.
">Maintenance of facilities and operational work of hostels must be monitored regularly to ensure compliance with hygiene, health, and safety regulations. This involves carrying out risk assessments as necessary and implementing an efficient waste management system.
">This role requires excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
