We re hiring for school admin operations manager in Raipur CG Detailed Job description The operations manager will be responsible for the overall operations and administration of Our Learning Centre in Atal Nagar Responsible for all day-to-day operations and administration of the Learning CentreResponsible for Campus and Facility managementAccountable for ensuring the safety and security of students staff parents visitors and all individuals on campus Responsible for government and educational department-related liasoningEnsures the acquisition of permissions recognitions approvals permits licenses and certifications from relevant government departments and authorities Responsible for Students Staff transportation and requirementsResponsible for supervising the operations and quality of on-campus Cafeteria Canteen services for Students and StaffTo work closely with the Principals and Head of Finance of our learning centre to set and or implement policies procedures and systems and to follow through with effective implementationResponsible for communicating all operating policies and procedures to the staffActive participation in developing our annual business plans in collaboration with the CEO Principals and Head of Finance Co-ordination and collaboration with all department heads to ensure smooth effective functioning of the business activities of the organizationTo work with the CEO in improving processes and policies in support of achieving the organizations vision and missionTo work with the CEO in assisting him her in expansion new learning centers related activitiesPurchases including Capital Items to work closely with the Facility Team Skills Qualification The candidate should possess a Graduate masters degree in business administration Should have excellent communication and technical skillsCandidate should have a minimum of 5 years experience in the relevant field and be familiar with office school operationsSkills Proficiencies LeadershipConflict ManagementOrganizationDecision-MakingPeople ManagementAnalytical SkillsDeadline-OrientedCritical Thinking Problem-Solving SkillsPlanning and OrganizingExcellent Communication SkillsTeamwork CollaborationAdaptabilityStress ToleranceBusiness NegotiationProject ManagementFinancial ManagementSalary Best in the industryInterview Telephonic and Face to Face discussionCandidates can reach me at 9669991965 or WhatsApp in b w 10am-6 30pm Monday to Saturday RegardsPoovarasu N
