Transport Incharge

A School Transport Incharge is responsible for overseeing the safe and efficient transportation of students staff and potentially others to and from school and other school-related activities This includes managing the school s transportation fleet ensuring compliance with safety regulations and maintaining effective communication with parents drivers and school administration Key Responsibilities Route Planning and Scheduling Develop and manage routes and schedules for school buses ensuring efficient transportation and minimizing travel time and costs Vehicle Maintenance and Compliance Oversee the maintenance of school buses ensuring they are in good working condition and meet all safety and regulatory requirements Driver Management Manage and coordinate with bus drivers providing training performance evaluations and addressing any issues or concerns Communication and Coordination Maintain regular communication with parents students staff and school administration regarding transportation matters Record Keeping Maintain accurate records of bus maintenance routes schedules and driver performance Emergency Response Develop and implement procedures for addressing transportation-related emergencies or issues such as delays or accidents Budget Management Monitor transportation costs and implement strategies to reduce expenses such as optimizing routes negotiating contracts or utilizing cost-saving measures Compliance and Regulations Stay up-to-date with transportation laws regulations and compliance requirements ensuring the school operates in accordance with relevant legislation Data Analysis Analyze transportation data to identify trends assess performance and make improvements to the transportation system Problem Solving Address transportation-related issues promptly and effectively ensuring the safety and well-being of students and staff JOB APPLY http jobs vinayakjob com CONTACT - DIVYA 90091 27333
