Job Title: HR and Finance Operations Coordinator

At 3i Consulting Pvt. Ltd., we are seeking a highly skilled and versatile individual to fill the role of HR and Finance Operations Coordinator. This position requires strong communication and organizational skills, proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, and the ability to multitask effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in sourcing, screening, and onboarding new employees.
  • Manage HR documentation, maintain personnel records, and address employee queries.
  • Support with performance management, including appraisals, employee feedback, and HR data reporting.
  • Coordinate employee training and development initiatives.
  • Contribute to daily accounting operations, such as invoicing, payroll processing, and expense reporting.
Required Skills:
  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to handle HR functions like recruitment, employee management, and documentation.
  • Basic accounting knowledge, including invoice generation, financial reporting, and reconciliation.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Accounting, or a related field.
  • At least 13 years of experience in HR or accounting roles.
  • Ability to multitask and handle different functions efficiently.
