Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to our staff, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing documents.
  • Office Organization: Maintain a clean and organized office environment, including managing supplies, equipment, and facilities.
  • Communication: Sort and distribute communications in a timely manner, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and up-to-date.
  • Record Keeping: Create and update records, ensuring accuracy and validity of information.
  • Scheduling: Schedule and plan meetings and appointments, ensuring that all stakeholders are aware of upcoming events.
  • Supply Management: Monitor the level of supplies and handle shortages, ensuring that our office is always equipped with the necessary resources.
  • Problem-Solving: Resolve office-related malfunctions and respond to requests or issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Relationship Building: Maintain trusting relationships with suppliers, customers, and colleagues, ensuring that our office is seen as a valued and respected member of the community.
  • Receptionist Duties: Perform receptionist duties as needed, including greeting visitors and handling phone calls.
Requirements
  • Education: Graduate degree in any field.
  • Skills: Basic computer knowledge, MS Office, Word, and Excel.
  • Experience: Previous experience in an administrative role is an asset.
