Supply Chain Solutions Consultant

This role involves leading the design and delivery of supply chain solutions. You'll collaborate closely with clients to drive meaningful business outcomes through innovation and insight.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end implementation of supply chain modules, ensuring alignment with client business objectives and architecture standards.
  • Solve complex technical design and configuration issues across functional workstreams.
  • Manage day-to-day client interactions and facilitate workshops, walkthroughs, and system demos.
  • Guide client IT stakeholders on platform capabilities, integration strategy, and performance optimization.
  • Review technical specifications for completeness, scalability, and quality assurance.
  • Develop reusable components, scripts, or tools to accelerate delivery and enhance quality.
  • Mentor junior consultants and support onboarding by sharing best practices in configuration and testing.
  • Contribute to technical solutioning during proposal development, including effort estimation and architecture design.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, supply chain management, or other relevant field.
  • Proven experience in supply chain management or with deep functional knowledge in at least one area of supply chain planning.

Preferred Qualifications/Skills:

  • Experience leading supply chain teams, training, or projects; full project management experience preferred.
  • Experience leading workshops in change management or other consulting methodologies.
  • Knowledge of supply chain systems, processes and data, and business operations.
  • Postgraduate certifications like APICS-CPIM, CSCP or similar supply chain certifications a plus.
  • Experience in software implementation or functional enablement a plus.
  • Analytical skills and a capacity to work with large data sets a plus.
  • Exceptional drive, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, and to immediately contribute to a team environment.
  • An ability to manage multiple priorities and perform well in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining a high level of client focus.
  • Strong work ethic and high attention to detail, with a desire and demonstrated ability to learn self-directed.
