Role Overview- Lead the design and delivery of Maestro-based solutions in Supply Chain Consulting.
- Implement Kinaxis Maestro modules, ensuring alignment with client business objectives and architecture standards.
- Solve complex technical design and configuration issues across functional workstreams.
- Manage day-to-day client interactions and facilitate workshops, walkthroughs, and system demos.
- Guide client IT stakeholders on platform capabilities, integration strategy, and performance optimization.
- Review technical specifications for completeness, scalability, and quality assurance.
- Develop reusable components, scripts, or tools to accelerate delivery and enhance quality.
- Mentor junior consultants and support onboarding by sharing best practices in configuration and testing.
- Contribute to technical solutioning during proposal development, including effort estimation and architecture design.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, supply chain management, or other relevant field.
- Proven experience in supply chain management or with deep functional knowledge in at least one area of supply chain planning.
- Experience leading supply chain teams, training, or projects; full project management experience preferred.
- Knowledge of supply chain systems, processes, and data, as well as business operations.
- Postgraduate certifications like APICS-CPIM, CSCP, or similar supply chain certifications a plus.
- Exceptional drive, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
