Job Description

As a strategic thinker and Supply Chain professional, you have the chance to transform the Lubricant business by driving world-class Sales and Operations Planning for North and South America lubricant supply chain network.

The role involves working across sectors and lines of businesses to identify pain points, drive gap closure initiatives, and optimize the supply chain footprint. You will work with sales and marketing to rationalize portfolio to reduce complexity and increase overall lubricants Americas profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Lubricants Americas in delivering its growth ambitions.
  • Work across sectors and lines of businesses to identify pain points/constraints/value leakage, to drive gap closure initiatives.
  • Optimize the supply chain footprint by identifying opportunities ranging from optimization of constraint resources, economic order quantity, etc.
  • Work with sales and marketing to rationalize portfolio to reduce complexity and increase overall lubricants Americas profitability.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must have a bachelor's degree in supply chain management, engineering, or a related field. Additionally, you need 6+ years of experience in supply chain optimization, preferably in a manufacturing or logistics environment. Prior experience in the S&OP process/managing product portfolio is also required.

You should be proficient in data analysis and visualization tools such as Tableau, Excel, Power BI, Spotfire, Alteryx. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role. Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, are also required.
