About the Role

This exciting opportunity has arisen for a Land Consultant to join our team of experts. As a key member, you will be responsible for delivering detailed land ownership information to clients, while also contributing to high-profile infrastructure projects.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Undertaking research and analysis to identify all legal land interests and rights in land;
  • Reviewing client requirements and negotiating access to land for environmental surveys;
  • Collaborating with colleagues to support project meetings and bid writing;
  • Developing skills in GIS, data management, and landowner engagement;
  • Negotiating compensation and managing risk on projects.

Job Description Summary

We are seeking an experienced professional to provide diligent inquiry services for statutory orders and planning submissions. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to work independently, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

The successful candidate will work closely with engineers, environmental specialists, and planners to deliver land referencing activities, including desktop research, questionnaire analysis, and landowner liaison. They will also be responsible for identifying land ownership, consulting with landowners, undertaking property valuation, assessing and negotiating compensation, and combining skills in GIS, data management, and landowner engagement.
