Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Market Consultant to lead our team in driving country-focused HR programs and initiatives. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in HR, people management, and cross-functional collaboration.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic individual to take on a leadership role and make a meaningful impact on our organization. As a Market Consultant, you will be responsible for developing and executing market plans based on people strategy, people operations, objectives, and key results (OKRs). You will also manage in-country compliance requirements, ensure risk assessments, and review regulatory requirements.

In addition to these responsibilities, you will work closely with the compliance team, process ownership team, user support team, and Corporate Operations Engineer (COE) teams to prioritize and mitigate market-related risks. Your ability to overcome tests, identify root causes, and design effective solutions will be essential in this role.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 15 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist providing consultations to the business on market or country plans.
  • Experience in working within India and understanding of local employment laws and regulations.
  • Experience in people management and leading a team in the last three years.
  • Experience with cross-functional collaboration.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in implementing HR projects, risk management/mitigation, and supporting change management, business readiness, communications, and training activities.
  • Experience in HR, people programs, or other people-related roles.
  • Excellent change management skills and ability to work with teams to ensure end-to-end delivery for our HR processes.
  • Excellent responsiveness, business focus, integrity, and judgment skills with the ability to prioritize across engaging demands.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate changes across multiple stakeholder groups.
  • Excellent project management skills and delivery with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
