**Bar Operations Manager**

  • Develop and implement operational strategies to ensure smooth service delivery and high customer satisfaction.

As a key team member, you will be opening one of our kind cocktail bars in the heart of the business district. A space where culture meets hospitality.

Your role will be to oversee daily operations, including managing inventory, restocking supplies, preparing bar garnishes, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring all bar equipment is functional.

Mentor junior bartenders, sharing knowledge and expertise to foster a culture of continuous improvement and develop diverse career paths within the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage costs effectively while maintaining high quality.
  2. Stay current with industry trends, experiment with new ingredients and techniques, and adapt to changing guest preferences and situations.
  3. Train new staff on our unique bar concepts, ensuring they provide positive customer experiences and uphold the bar's standard.
  4. Liaise with senior staff to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  5. Oversee activities of servers during a shift, managing table allocations, monitoring service flow, and collaborating with the kitchen and bar to ensure timely and accurate orders.
  6. Ensure cleanliness and ambiance of the space, handling transactions and processing guest payments accurately.
  7. Assist in opening and closing duties as per standards.
