Key Responsibilities

Cafeteria Operations Management - Ensure seamless execution of digital cafeteria services, monitor cleanliness and safety standards, supervise timely food service and order fulfillment, address and resolve operational issues promptly.

  • Operational Oversight: Provide day-to-day guidance on cafeteria operations, ensuring compliance with established protocols and procedures.
  • Client Engagement: Act as a primary point of contact for clients, collecting feedback and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
  • Vendor Coordination: Collaborate with vendors to coordinate daily menus, inventory, and service times, ensuring adherence to company SOPs and hygiene standards.
  • Platform Support: Assist with menu updates, issue resolution, and user queries related to the digital platform, ensuring accurate billing and order tracking.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Maintain detailed reports on sales, customer feedback, vendor performance, and incident logs, providing actionable insights for management.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Qualifications: A degree in Hospitality or Hotel Management is preferred. Relevant certifications or diplomas in related fields are also valued.

Experience: 2–5 years of experience in cafeteria, facility, or hospitality operations.

Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; strong organizational and problem-solving abilities; basic computer literacy and proficiency in mobile apps and dashboards; leadership and team handling abilities.

Additional Requirements: Willingness to work flexible hours according to client cafeteria schedules; ability to work at multiple locations across Bangalore; passion for delivering exceptional food service experiences.
