About the Role:

Our Asset Management practice is looking for a skilled professional to specialize in complex legal matters related to fund structuring and financial regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Advising on investment fund formation, asset management, and investment programmes.
  • Structuring joint ventures and strategic partnerships.
  • Drafting and negotiating fund documentation, JV agreements, and regulatory filings.
  • Managing client relationships and offering strategic legal solutions.
  • Mentoring junior associates and contributing to business development efforts.
Key Requirements:
  • Education: Qualified lawyer enrolled in Bar Council of India.
  • Experience: 2-6 years in corporate law focusing on asset management and investment funds.
  • Skills: Strong drafting, negotiation, and client advisory skills; familiarity with financial markets laws.
  • Personal Attributes: Proactive, detail-oriented, excellent communication and organizational skills
