Internal Audit Professional

As an Internal Auditor, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact in organizational performance. Your work will help organizations achieve superior performance through a full range of outsourcing, co-sourcing, and advisory services.

Job Description:

The role will be focused on Operational and Regulatory Compliances and Process and Controls Advisory in the Banking and Financial Services Sector.

  • Executing Internal Audit/Concurrent Audit/Advisory engagements with high accuracy.
  • Performing risk assessments to provide an accurate view of the client's current risk state.
  • Conducting end-to-end business process analyses and design.
  • Gathering, synthesizing, and analyzing data using appropriate tools and technologies.
  • Assessing and designing internal controls by applying an understanding of internal control design frameworks and regulatory requirements.
  • Understanding the client's business, interpreting sector trends, and learning leading practices.
  • Interacting with colleagues and clients to effectively serve clients.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Enhancing quality and efficiency of recommended conduct risk solutions.
  • Conducting internal audits by leveraging approved processes and methodologies.
  • Setting the stage for a successful assessment of client's internal audit processes and controls.
  • Enhancing quality of assurance engagements by identifying risks, performing testing, researching governing regulations, and developing reports.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Post-qualification experience in Internal Audit.
  • CA - Fresher.
  • Experience working with Big 4/Large consulting firms and conducting internal/statutory audits of financial services clients.
  • Candidates from industry backgrounds should preferably have experience working with compliance/internal audit/risk management functions or operations departments.
