Operational Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced operational leader to support our operations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in process improvement and technical tools, with a strong focus on accountability.

The successful candidate will lead a team of contractors that manage funnels, execute email campaigns, update websites, design and implement workflows of an Applicant Tracking System. They will be responsible for ensuring projects move forward and the team is accountable.

This is a full-time opportunity for a dedicated professional looking to contribute to a dynamic business environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, improve, and maintain internal systems and workflows
  • Set up and optimize tools, software, and automations for operational efficiency
  • Track and improve documentation and knowledge hubs
  • Evaluate and enhance performance across platforms like Monday.com, GoHighLevel, Make.com, and Zapier
  • Monitor system uptime and implement process improvements
  • Lead internal, client-facing, and strategic projects from kickoff to completion
  • Plan, execute, and track key initiatives to ensure timely delivery
  • Define, track, and report KPIs—starting with a 30-60-90 day plan
  • Coordinate task assignments and manage project workflows across platforms
  • Liaise with stakeholders to implement strategies
  • Foster a culture of feedback and collaboration
  • Keep the team engaged and supported without micromanaging
  • Lead hiring and performance reviews
  • Track team response time and workflow capacity
  • Ensure clear roles and expectations across virtual teams
  • Act as a liaison between contractors, stakeholders, and business owners
  • Align daily operations with long-term business strategy
  • Analyze performance metrics to guide operational decisions
  • Use data analysis and reporting tools to support decision-making
  • Prioritize resource allocation based on capacity and business needs
  • Oversee seamless onboarding and proactive communication
  • Deliver a standout client experience through reliable service
  • Maintain operational excellence that drives referrals
  • Anticipate operational risks and implement mitigation strategies
  • Manage resources effectively to support digital initiatives
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in operations and people management
  • 2+ years of Digital Marketing experience
  • Fluent in English (written and verbal)
  • Highly tech-savvy, analytical, and system-oriented
  • Strong project management skills (e.g., Asana, Trello, ClickUp, Monday.com)
  • Proven ability to lead remote teams with a focus on accountability
  • Strategic thinker with long-term planning capabilities
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Skilled in using data tracking and analysis tools
  • Comfortable with automation platforms and CRMs
