Job Title: Federal Contract Support Specialist

 

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated professional to provide compliance, reporting, and administrative support for U.S. federal government contracts.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contract Review & Compliance:
  • Assist in reviewing federal contract documents, task orders, and amendments.
  • Identify and summarize applicable clauses and compliance obligations.
  • Support subcontractor due diligence and ensure required flow-down clauses are communicated and documented.
  • Reporting & Documentation:
  • Prepare compliance trackers, audit files, and status reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support U.S. reporting obligations (EEO/OFCCP reporting).
  • Maintain organized contract repositories and document management systems.
  • Audit & Monitoring Support:
  • Assist with internal reviews and external audits (e.g., DCAA, DCMA).
  • Track deliverables, certifications, and contract obligations to ensure timely compliance.
  • Proposal & Pre-Award Support:
  • Review solicitations (RFPs/RFQs) for relevant clauses.
  • Prepare compliance matrices and checklists for proposal teams.
  • Collaboration & Stakeholder Support:
  • Coordinate with contracts, compliance, legal, and procurement teams.
  • Provide data, documentation, and compliance insights as requested.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Legal Studies, or related field.
  • 1–3 years in contracts, compliance, or coordinating with legal teams on contract terms, clauses, and risk.
  • Good understanding of U.S. federal contracting principles.
  • Familiarity with compliance areas (EEO, Service Contract Act, export controls).
  • Strong skills in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and contract management tools.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
  • Knowledge of ITAR/EAR export compliance restrictions.
  • Exposure to proposal compliance reviews for government bids.
