Senior Contract Specialist

The Contracts Management department is seeking a highly skilled Senior Contract Specialist to oversee the entire contract-to-invoice lifecycle for global SaaS agreements.

  • Contract Lifecycle Management: Lead the team responsible for implementing contracts, ensuring compliance with finance policies, revenue recognition rules, service provision, and audit requirements.
  • Financial Compliance Oversight: Validate billing frequency, payment terms, taxation, and revenue allocation in contracts, ensuring compliance with audit, revenue recognition, and financial reporting standards.
  • Invoicing: Manage the invoicing process to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant customer billing, aligning invoicing practices with contract terms, purchase orders, POs, payment schedules, and customer-specific requirements.
  • Partner with Sales, RevOps, and other teams to resolve invoicing discrepancies quickly, ensuring proper tax handling, GST, VAT, etc., and alignment with regional finance regulations.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a liaison between Finance, Sales, Legal, and RevOps for seamless contract-to-cash execution, collaborating with RevOps and IT to integrate contract and invoicing processes into Salesforce ERP.
  • Project Involvement: Represent Finance in cross-functional projects impacting order-to-cash, revenue recognition, or reporting, participating in scoping, defining finance-related success measures, and identifying risks impacts.

  • Proven experience in contract management, financial compliance, and invoicing.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
