Job Overview

The Study Abroad Application Specialist plays a pivotal role in ensuring a seamless experience for students during their admission journey.

  • Manages and processes student applications for study abroad programs across various destinations.
  • Verifies and reviews application documents to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with university requirements.
  • Assists students in filling out university application forms, preparing supporting documents, and tracking application status.
Key Responsibilities

  4. Follow up with students for pending or additional documents to complete applications on time.
  5. Coordinate with universities regarding admission requirements, offers, and updates.
  6. Maintain accurate records of applications, offers, deposits, and other admission-related milestones.
  7. Provide timely updates regarding application progress and outcomes.
  8. Ensure adherence to deadlines for applications, conditional offer requirements, and final submissions.
  9. Support in offer acceptance, fee payments, and pre-departure documentation as required.
  10. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth handover of student cases.
  11. Stay updated on university requirements and policy changes to guide students effectively.
