Senior Growth Associate, Lead Acquisition

Job Description

This role involves leading and managing paid digital distribution channels to generate high-quality leads. The successful candidate will be a creative problem-solver who can strategically manage and expand distribution channels while reducing reliance on third parties.

The primary focus of this role is on paid digital distribution, making it ideal for hands-on individuals who can drive ambitious growth targets through rigorous A/B testing and other experiments.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of paid digital distribution channels and a track record of successfully managing large-scale campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
  • Paid Digital Distribution: Develop, implement, and manage a robust lead acquisition strategy.
  • Channel Management: Take full ownership of key distribution channels and bring channel management in-house to ensure direct control and maximum efficiency.
  • Experimentation & Optimization: Conduct rigorous A/B testing and other experiments to continuously improve campaign performance.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze key metrics to provide insights into campaign performance and optimize budget allocation to maximize ROI and achieve lead generation goals.
Qualifications
  • 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing or growth roles with a strong focus on lead acquisition and paid media.
  • A deep understanding of paid digital distribution channels and a track record of successfully managing large-scale campaigns.
  • A proactive, hands-on, and autonomous approach to work.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to inform decision-making.
  • A growth hacking mindset with a history of implementing creative, scalable, and unconventional strategies.
