We are seeking a seasoned Google Ads professional to spearhead our digital marketing efforts across multiple markets in Southeast Asia. This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated individual with extensive experience in managing large-scale Google Ads campaigns.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of audience targeting, bidding strategies, A/B testing, and performance optimization. Proficiency in Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking setup is also essential. Experience working in Southeast Asian markets, such as Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, and India, would be highly valued.

This role offers the chance to work with a rapidly growing retail brand, leveraging data-driven insights to drive business growth. The successful candidate will have the autonomy to lead paid media strategy in multiple countries, collaborating closely with local teams to align messaging with business objectives.

To be considered, candidates must have:

  • 3-5+ years of direct experience managing large-scale Google Ads campaigns
  • Demonstrated success in managing budgets over $100,000/month
  • Strong understanding of audience targeting, bidding strategies, A/B testing, and performance optimization
  • Proficiency in GA4, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking setup
  • Experience in Southeast Asian markets (SG, MY, TH, ID) is a strong plus
