Data Strategy Lead

We seek a seasoned data expert to spearhead our analytics efforts and drive informed decision-making.
The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, proficiency in statistical analysis, and the ability to align data insights with business objectives.
- Identify, develop, and implement advanced statistical techniques, algorithms, and machine learning models to create innovative solutions addressing business challenges across various domains.
- Design, build, maintain, and evolve complex data models, tools, and capabilities.
- Communicate findings effectively through actionable visualizations.
- Collaborate with diverse stakeholders to ensure seamless knowledge sharing.
- Develop comprehensive solutions for tasks such as object detection/image recognition, natural language processing, sentiment analysis, topic modeling, concept extraction, recommender systems, text classification, clustering, customer segmentation & targeting, propensity modeling, churn modeling, lifetime value estimation, forecasting, response modeling, marketing mix optimization, and price optimization.
- Lead and train a team of data scientists, fostering their growth and development.
- Prioritize and manage project milestones according to agile methodology best practices.
- Maintain exceptional oral, presentation, and written communication skills.
- Apply statistical concepts and methods to datasets to answer pressing business questions.
- Analyze data to optimize product development, marketing strategies, and business operations.
