Job Overview

This role is a strategic leadership position responsible for the effective management of offshore Master Data teams.

  • Lead and develop high-performing teams to achieve exceptional service level agreement (SLA) performance.
  • Standardize and automate processes with cross-functional collaboration to maximize efficiency.
  • Evaluate and ensure timely execution of critical financial and non-financial operations.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date master data in system(s).
  • Develop and implement training programs, routine people development activities, and compliance initiatives.
  • Cultivate strong relationships between GCC, business units, and stakeholders.
Master Data Management Execution
  • Ensure Master Data teams operate within agreed-upon timelines and quality standards.
  • Conduct thorough quality checks on master data setup to prevent infractions impacting business operations or customer relationships.
  • Optimize end-to-end master data management processes for maximum efficiency.
  • Support project initiatives through active participation.
General Management Activities
  • Manage risk, audit compliance, and MICS targets, including sustainability model creation and action plans for open issues.
  • Develop backup planning strategies.
  • Maintain Training Tracking Tool and create action plans to address knowledge gaps.
  • Monitor SLA/KPI achievement and monthly updates, ensuring team performance quality.
  • Update process training documentation according to EP standards.
  • Review and recommend enhancements for workflow improvements.
  • Promote routine management, communication flow, best practices sharing, and assist in developing procedures.
People Management Activities
  • Ensure adherence to safety procedures and safety training requirements.
  • Equate teams with necessary resources to perform duties and responsibilities.
  • Execute administrative people management tasks.
  • Create and maintain a positive work environment.
  • Implement People Cycle according to Excellence Program guidelines.
