Job Title: HR Systems Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our global HR team as an HR Systems Administrator.

This role is central to ensuring the smooth operation of our HR systems, accurate data management, and effective support for both strategic and operational HR needs across the business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • HR Systems Ownership: Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of HR systems, including configuration, maintenance, and enhancement.
  • Data Integrity & Reporting: Ensure accuracy and consistency of employee data across all platforms and deliver timely, accurate, and actionable HR reports and dashboards.
  • Process Improvement & Automation: Identify, design, and implement process improvements and automation within HR systems to enhance user experience and efficiency.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in HRIS/HR systems administration within a fast-paced, global environment.
  • Experience with SaaS-based HR platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM).
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, including onboarding, talent management, payroll, and benefits administration.
