  • Support day-to-day activities by assisting in case analysis, document verification, and database management.
  • Conduct background verification checks for clients with accuracy and compliance to company policies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues or customer inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Contribute to process improvement and optimization.
  • Making outbound calls to gather necessary information and follow up on verification requests.
  • Adhere to established protocols and guidelines to maintain data confidentiality and security.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Pursuing a degree in any field.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Google Sheets.
  • Detail-oriented with a keen eye for identifying discrepancies and inconsistencies in data.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
  • Familiarity with call-making and telephone etiquette is preferred.
