Job Title: IT Asset Management Professional
We are seeking a highly skilled IT Asset Management professional to drive compliance, cost optimization, and lifecycle governance of IT assets.
About the Role:
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of IT assets, including procurement, deployment, maintenance, and retirement.
- Oversee Hardware Asset Management processes for accurate inventory tracking, asset optimization, and governance.
- Lead Software Asset Management programs ensuring license compliance, audit readiness, and effective vendor management.
- Implement Cloud Insights practices to monitor, optimize, and report on cloud consumption and costs.
- Maintain and govern Configuration Management Database (CMDB) and asset repositories, ensuring accuracy and compliance with IT governance standards.
- Collaborate with procurement, finance, and IT teams for cost-effective asset management and reporting.
- Conduct audits, reconciliations, and risk assessments to identify and mitigate IT asset-related risks.
- Develop and implement automation initiatives to streamline IT asset management processes.
Key Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in IT Asset Management (ITAM)
- Deep expertise in ITAM platforms and frameworks
- Able to mentor and train new graduates and junior staff in industry best practices
