Regional Sales Business Development Executive

Manpower Group Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Business Development Executive to join their team.
Estimated Salary: ₹ 5,00,000 per annum
This role is responsible for delivering sales of over ₹ 50 lakhs per annum in the given territory.
The ideal candidate will have 5 years of experience and a minimum degree qualification.
A strong background in logistics, telecom & broadband, FMCG (modern trade), paints, electronic securities, CRM sales, insurance (corporate sales), stationaries, pest control, or payment solutions is preferred.
The successful candidate will be reporting to the Area Sales Manager and will be responsible for listing potential customers through digital and non-digital means, lead generation, capturing opportunities in CRM, engaging with opportunities to win orders, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and appointing distributors/DSAs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver sales of over ₹ 50 lakhs per annum in the given territory
- Listing of potential customers (SME & Society) through digital / Non-digital ways
- Lead Generation by following a laid down process
- Capturing opportunities in CRM to create a predictable funnel
- Engaging with opportunities to win orders through a compelling proposition
- Maintain relationship with existing client to develop referrals
- Appointing distributors / DSAs
