As a Paid Social Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving performance and growth for our clients' digital marketing campaigns. Your primary responsibility will be to manage multiple client accounts, developing and executing strategic campaign optimization plans to achieve desired results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement campaign strategies across various platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok, Amazon) to drive traffic, engagement, sales, and return on ad spend (ROAS).
  • Manage 5-7 paid media client accounts, communicating effectively with clients to ensure seamless collaboration.
  • Ideate and optimize e-commerce digital marketing campaigns to meet or exceed targets, focusing on audience targeting strategies within platform limitations.
  • Strategically align marketing efforts with product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns to maximize impact.
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of clients' business positioning and provide creative recommendations aligned with industry best practices.
  • Maintain, troubleshoot, and analyze data insights (CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS, LTV, conversion rate) to inform campaign decisions.
Technical Requirements:
  • 4+ years experience managing monthly budgets of $50K+
  • Proficiency in major advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, Amazon Advertising)
  • Understanding of feed management and e-commerce consumer behavior
  • Experience with Google Analytics and Tag Manager, including troubleshooting
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., ClickUp, Asana, Basecamp)
