The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing and new customers, providing excellent service and support.
The successful candidate will be responsible for meeting or exceeding established sales targets for lubricant products within assigned territories. This involves staying informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. A deep understanding of Max Spare lubricant products and their applications is essential for effectively promoting them to customers.
Key responsibilities include preparing and submitting regular sales reports, tracking progress against targets and providing insights into sales performance. The ideal candidate will also be able to negotiate skillfully and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Requirements:
- 10-15 years of experience in sales, particularly in the lubricants or related industries.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
