We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team at Shashwat Technologies. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for driving lead generation and conversions through effective Google Ads campaign management.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing Google Ads campaigns, with a focus on real estate microsites and portals. You will be responsible for developing comprehensive strategies, conducting competitor and keyword research, and creating customized campaigns for Search, Display, and Video networks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute Google Ads strategies to drive lead generation and conversions.
  • Conduct thorough competitor and keyword research to inform campaign development.
  • Create customized campaigns for Search, Display, and Video networks.
  • Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaigns for performance improvements.
  • Manage ad budgets effectively to maximize results within allocated resources.
  • Implement A/B testing for ad creatives, copy, and landing pages.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and other tools.
  • Generate weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
  • Provide recommendations to improve conversion rates and reduce CPC.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
  • Proven track record in lead generation and ROI optimization.
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Keyword Planner.
  • Familiarity with tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Hotjar is a plus.
  • Expertise in bid strategy implementation and budget management.
  • Strong ad copywriting and creative strategy skills.
  • Ability to suggest effective landing page designs for better conversions.
  • Strong understanding of KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CPA, Quality Score, etc.
  • Ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
