Financial Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an accomplished Senior Manager (Accounts and Finance) to spearhead our commercial operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and providing strategic financial guidance to drive business growth.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership qualities, a deep understanding of accounting principles, and a proven track record in financial planning and analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accurate financial records.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards.
  • Ensure timely closure of books of accounts and reconciliation of ledgers.

Financial Planning and Analysis:

  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and managing working capital for business needs.
  • Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decisions.

Compliance and Audit:

  • Ensure compliance with statutory regulations including GST, Income Tax, TDS, and other applicable laws.
  • Coordinate with internal and external auditors for periodic audits.
  • Maintain documentation and records to support audit and regulatory requirements.

Cash Flow Management:

  • Manage cash flow, banking transactions, and ensure efficient liquidity management.
