Job Title: Fiscal DirectorAs a key member of the leadership team, you will be responsible for driving our financial strategy forward. They should possess excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills, as well as effective leadership and communication skills.We are looking for a highly motivated individual who can contribute to our organization's success by developing and implementing financial strategies that align with our business objectives.Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement the company's financial strategy, aligning with overall business objectives.
  • Prepare and present financial forecasts, budgets, and strategic plans to senior management.
  • Analyse financial performance and advise on strategies to optimize profitability and growth.
Requirements:
  • CA qualification or equivalent.
  • At least 10-15 years of experience in finance, preferably in an IT/ITES company.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Effective leadership and communication skills.
