Instructional Designer Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Instructional Designer to join our team for a 6-month contract. This is a full-time, remote role based in Chennai.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Storyboarding: Translate raw video footage into an engaging series of videos that enhance the student's learning experience.
  • Visualization: Use visual medium to convey ideas and enhance learning, creating visual representations of concepts, ensuring visual consistency and harmony in the videos, and giving due attention to learner engagement.
  • Co-ordination with the Production team: Interact with teammates and the extended team to create a top-quality product.
  • Learning Management System: Manage content and develop assets on the Learning Management System, develop Summary Deck based on video content, and review and edit Closed Caption text for all the videos.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in relevant field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in Instructional Designing in Higher Education or Corporate Education with any reputed e-learning content development company.
  • Specialized knowledge in Instructional design, online learning, video-based learning, mobile learning, MS Office skills, and especially MS PowerPoint skills.
  • Professional certification in Instructional design and video editing.
