Job Title: Associate Site Merchandiser

We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Site Merchandiser to enhance the customer experience and drive sales performance on Amazon.

About the Role:

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute site merchandising strategies, campaign management, and content optimization to ensure a seamless and engaging shopping journey.
  • Creative Execution: Own on-site merchandising, campaigns, and promotional events for the e-commerce business.
  • Category Management: Develop and execute the site merchandising calendar, including gate way campaigns, new product launches, program-led sales, and category-wide events.
  • Data Analysis: Track and analyze customer behavior across search, browse, and purchase funnels to optimize traffic and conversion.
  • Visual Design: Design and refresh storefronts based on customer demand and purchase patterns from wireframe development to execution.
  • Collaboration: Coordinate with design teams to create engaging, conversion-driven marketing assets.
  • Experimentation: Develop, test, and analyze new merchandising strategies to improve engagement, document results, and share best practices.

Key Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of experience in Site Merchandising / E-commerce Marketing (Amazon experience preferred).
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in Excel, with the ability to learn SQL, XML, and in-house merchandising tools.
  • Experience in data analysis to optimize site performance and customer engagement.
