About the Role:

We're seeking a passionate individual to spearhead product innovation and enhancement, leading development and delivery teams, establishing go-to-market strategies, and driving business cases within the product life cycle.

This is an exceptional opportunity for someone with 15+ years of experience in product management to make a meaningful impact on our digital commerce and financial services offerings.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Define and implement roadmaps for issuing & acquiring products aligned with the company's vision and strategy.
  • Familiarity with issuing products like credit, debit, prepaid, and forex is desired. Acquiring experience includes knowledge of merchant life cycles, clearing, settlement, payment, reconciliation, chargebacks/disputes for traditional (cards) and modern (UPI, RTP) methods.
  • Lead product life cycle management from conceptualization to launch, including go-to-market plans, evaluation, and prioritization of business cases/models for new business, product development, and enhancements.
  • Responsible for understanding, defining, solutioning, and timely delivery of customer requirements, collaborating with stakeholders, analyzing industry trends, competitive benchmarking, and contributing to strategic planning.
  • Play a critical role in overall product development and enhancement by defining and detailing business requirements for delivery in collaboration with Engineering and Architecture teams.
  • Represent the product lines in periodic reviews with leadership and advocate for new investments/resources/priority to drive product roadmaps.
  • Partner with business teams in undertaking market and customer research initiatives to understand market trends and customer needs, building products that create unique value propositions.
  • Cross-functional collaboration with Program Management, Sales, Marketing, Service Excellence, Legal & Compliance teams to create well-defined go-to-market plans.
  • Ensure products meet compliance and security-related regulatory or internal/external defined policy framework guidelines.
  • Develop and drive product performance metrics focusing on profitability, customer growth, engagement, and retention.
