
Learning Management System Administrator

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to oversee the administration of our Learning Management System (LMS) and develop engaging content for our training programs.
Responsibilities:- Administer all activities on the LMS, ensuring seamless functionality and user experience.
- Manage user accounts and permissions, maintaining confidentiality and security.
- Train trainers on the LMS tool, equipping them with the necessary skills to deliver effective training sessions.
- Upload, organize, and maintain all digital learning content within the LMS, adhering to quality standards.
- Analyze, update, and refine existing online content to ensure relevance and effectiveness.
- Create and manage learning dashboards, providing actionable insights for stakeholders.
- Prepare and curate Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for each department, streamlining processes and improving efficiency.
- Manage and update the training content repository, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Collaborate with external vendors to create high-quality e-learning modules that meet our organizational needs.
- Develop bite-sized learning modules, preferably video-based, to cater to the diverse needs of our trainers and outlet teams.
- MBA in Human Resources or related field.
- Desirable: Hospitality experience, adding depth and understanding to your work.
- Fluency in English language, enabling effective communication with colleagues and participants.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with Canva and video-making software (VYOND, Articulate etc.).
- A flair for content writing and development, with a focus on engaging audiences.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, analytical, and logical skills.
- Vendor management and interpersonal skills, facilitating collaboration and resolving conflicts.
- Presentation skills, enabling effective delivery of messages to various audiences.
- Active learner, embracing new challenges and opportunities for growth.
- Effective communication and proficiency in English, ensuring seamless interactions.
- Collaboration, working closely with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals.
- Creative and solution-focused, bringing innovative ideas to the table.
