Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned HR Manager with over 10 years of experience in HR generalist activities to lead our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of effectively managing all aspects of human resources including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits administration, and HR policy development and implementation.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and Implement HR Strategies: Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  2. Recruitment and Selection: Oversee the recruitment and selection process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of candidates.
  3. Employee Relations: Manage employee relations issues including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures.
  4. Performance Management: Administer performance management processes including goal setting, performance appraisals, and performance improvement plans.
  5. Training and Development: Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
  6. Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
  7. Compensation and Benefits: Manage compensation and benefits programs including salary administration, benefits enrollment, and employee recognition programs.
  8. HR Policies and Procedures: Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures in accordance with best practices and legal requirements.
  9. HR Guidance and Support: Provide HR guidance and support to managers and employees on a wide range of HR-related issues.
  10. Industry Trends: Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in HR management.
RequirementsRequirements:
  1. Masters Degree: Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  2. HR Certification: HR certification (e.g. SHRMCP, SHRMSCP, PHR, SPHR) is preferred.
  3. Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in HR generalist roles with increasing levels of responsibility.
  4. Knowledge: Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
  5. Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain effective working relationships at all levels of the organization.
  6. Leadership Skills: Proven ability to effectively manage and resolve employee relations issues.
  7. Decision Making: Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
  8. Independence: Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  9. HRIS: Proficiency in HRIS and other HR software applications.
  10. Integrity: High level of integrity and confidentiality.
