Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Executive to join our team at Kaarlo Training & HR Solutions Pvt. Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR practices, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruitment and Onboarding:
    • Sources, screens, and interviews candidates to fill open positions.
    • Coordinates and conducts new employee orientations and onboarding processes.
    • Maintains recruitment databases and applicant tracking systems.
  • Employee Relations:
    • Addresses employee queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
    • Facilitates conflict resolution and mediation between employees when necessary.
    • Promotes a positive workplace culture through employee engagement initiatives.
  • Performance Management:
    • Assists in the development and implementation of performance appraisal systems.
    • Supports managers in conducting performance reviews and setting employee goals.
    • Provides feedback and coaching to employees to help them improve their performance.
  • Training and Development:
    • Identifies training needs and coordinates employee training programs.
    • Organizes workshops, seminars, and other professional development activities.
    • Evaluates the effectiveness of training programs and makes recommendations for improvement.
  • Compensation and Benefits:
    • Administers payroll and ensures timely and accurate payment to employees.
    • Manages employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
    • Conducts salary benchmarking and participates in compensation surveys.
  • HR Administration:
    • Maintains accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
    • Prepares and updates HR policies and procedures in compliance with labor laws.
    • Generates HR reports and analytics to support decision-making.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in HR, preferably in a similar role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to handle confidential information, and proficiency in HR software and systems.
