
Lead Outbound Sales

Lead the Charge: As our Outbound Sales Strategist, you will be responsible for spearheading our outbound engine from strategy to execution. This involves uniting leadership, messaging experimentation, tool optimization, and team coaching to convert cold prospects into qualified opportunities.
Measurable Objectives:
- Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly targets for generating qualified pipeline (SQLs and pipeline $)
- Reduce lead-to-demo time and increase conversion % at every outbound funnel stage
Collaboration and Ownership:
- Work closely with Marketing, PMM, Sales, and RevOps on a daily basis
- Key areas of ownership include hiring, onboarding, coaching, and performance management of SDR & LDR teams
- Align personas and messaging with PMM
- Synchronize account lists and campaigns with Marketing
- Partner with RevOps on reporting, funnel math, and tech-stack efficiency
