Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct outbound cold calls to potential clients and partners.
  • Qualify leads and schedule meetings/demos for senior consultants.
  • Assist in follow-ups and keep CRM updated.
  • Support the sales team in achieving monthly/quarterly targets.
  • Stay updated on offerings to pitch prospects effectively.
Skills & Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in outbound calling / inside sales / lead generation.
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
  • Basic understanding of B2B sales cycle.
  • Comfortable with cold calling and objection handling.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setup.
  • Familiarity with MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools.
