Job Overview:
A seasoned sales professional is required to spearhead our BDR team, driving results through coaching, mentoring, and strategic planning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the BDR team in achieving sales objectives by providing expert guidance and support.
- Develop and refine prospecting strategies to enhance outreach efficiency and effectiveness.
- Guarantee a consistent flow of high-quality leads to AEs, focusing on both quantity and quality.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and AEs to optimize the ICP and maintain aligned messaging.
- Analyze performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement data-driven changes.
- Build and scale a repeatable outbound process to foster long-term growth across new markets and industries.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, with at least 1 year leading or managing a BDR/SDR team.
